We first worked with Maya in 2011 when we purchased a 2nd home in the Wilmington area.

We had an excellent experience with Maya back then and she provided us with excellent counsel, advice and guidance in getting the best possible deal. Based on that experience it was an easy decision to work with Maya and have her act as our Buyers Agent when we decided to upgrade and purchase a home that we planned to retire in. Here again Maya provided professional service that when above and beyond. There were aspects of this deal that were not typical and every step of the way Maya was there to provide us with what we needed, If she didn't have the answer directly she knew where to get it. She coordinated with the Mortgage company, Insurance agents, lawyers and home repair contractors, all seamlessly and with our best interest in mind. My wife and I have purchased a number of homes over our career and worked with a number of real good realtors. However, Maya is a notch above the rest and someone i would recommend to anyone.
