I've lived in big cities, small towns, a few Army bases and international posts so I am always looking for a place that just feels like home. Wilmington offers a god balance of healthy coastal living with plenty of city amenities. It’s an outdoor living-oriented resort town with a burgeoning crafts (food and art) district, a major film production industry (Screen Gems), and an international airport for ease of travel.  With beautiful beaches, interesting and varied architecture, an eclectic population and properties ranging from cozy to oceanfront estates, it is a place where you can create many different lifestyles.

When I speak to clients about their interest in living in the Wilmington area, my primary goal is to understand what type of life they plan to live--family, downtown single, investor, beachfront. I can then match them to the different "personalities" of the communities and neighborhoods and what they have to offer in terms of amenities, demographics, and lifestyle.  It is an art and a science to meld home and buyer, and I do my best to find the happy fit.
